Heidi Manly

Heidi had the privilege of completing her 200 hour yoga teacher training under the guidance of Tony Briggs, Anne O'Brien, Richard Rosen, and Ulrika Engman, among others. Inspired by the Krishnamacharaya lineage, Heidi's classes emphasize alignment, strength, and breath awareness, encouraging students to move beyond what they think is possible. A graduate of the New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts and Nationally Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage since 1995, Heidi also brings her hands-on knowledge of anatomy to her yoga teaching. Heidi has been assisting Tony since 2014 and is honored to be part of his team. Heidi offers private yoga classes and body work sessions in Sonoma and Marin County.

Leah Kaplan

Leah Kaplan is a 500 Hour Certified Yoga Teacher, having completed her training with YogaWorks in Santa Monica, CA and New York City under Senior Teacher Jenny Aurthur. Her classes combine precise alignment cues with playful sequencing to provide a safe, therapeutic atmosphere in which students can experiment, learn and work inwardly. It is her honor to call Tony her teacher and her privilege to assist him at his public classes. Leah is also a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist and runs Thunderbolt Ayurveda, a private practice Ayurvedic counseling business, where she supports clients to integrate the ancient healing science of Ayurveda into their modern lives. Melissa McLaughlin

Melissa McLaughlin is a San Francisco Bay Area yoga teacher and ACSM certified personal trainer. Melissa's study of yoga began in 2008 in the Sivananda yoga lineage. She completed her first yoga teacher training at The Mindful Body San Francisco with teachers Maile Sivert and Caroline Kelley.  She regularly assists international yoga teachers MC YOGI and Amanda Giacomini and continues her personal yoga study  with her teachers Peggy Orr and Tony Briggs, as well as attending trainings with Chuck Miller, Tim Miller, Rod Stryker, Tiffany Cruikshank, and more. Melissa is currently pursuing her 500-hr Advanced Yoga certification under the guidance of Jason Crandell, to be completed July 2017. For more info about Melissa visit her website:
